At Aura Works, every décor piece is crafted with care and quality. If your experience is anything less than perfect, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and transparent return process.
✔ Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be raised within 48 hr of delivery.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

💸 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will update you on the approval status.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are not applicable for minor color variations, texture differences, or handmade imperfections, as these are part of the natural crafting process.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos/videos and a complete unboxing video are required.

After verification, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.
