Return & Refund Policy – Aura Works

At Aura Works, every décor piece is crafted with care and quality. If your experience is anything less than perfect, we’re here to assist you with a smooth and transparent return process.

✔ Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hr of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

To initiate a return, please email info@auraworks.in with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Unboxing video or clear images (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items)

💸 Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will update you on the approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are not applicable for minor color variations, texture differences, or handmade imperfections, as these are part of the natural crafting process.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized pieces

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos/videos and a complete unboxing video are required.

  • After verification, we will issue a free replacement or a full refund, depending on availability.
